With three weeks left, Out of Towners face Town Central and Foreign Legion, while Arms A take on Foreign Legion, Grand Central, and Queen Charlotte. Based on prior results, Arms A need eight more points than before to catch Out of Towners. Elsewhere, Foreign Legion stayed third after beating Lupines 22-4, and Grand Central won 21-5 against Queen Charlotte.
Kev Parsons now leads Andy Jurd and David Moule by three legs in Most Legs Won. Andy Harvey is 13 ahead in Most Tons, with Kev Parsons close behind and a game in hand. David Moule’s two maximums narrow the gap in Most 180’s, leaving Andy Jurd just one ahead. Steve Ballard had the only ton-plus checkout this week with 118, while Kev Parsons’ 15-darter did not affect the leaders.
The Team Knockout final between Arms A and Grand Central will take place on Tuesday at the Wolversdene Club.
