The Out of Towners continue to lead by 9 points, following their win over Daves Railroaders 21-5, but now with Andys Boys in second after they beat Queen Charlotte 25-1. The Arms drop into third despite beating Town Central 19-7. And in a close match between Wolves Z and Grand Central, it was the away side that scrapped to a 14-12 win which went down to the last game of the evening.
There were three 13 dart legs this week, from Rob Doran, Colin Denyer and Tom Smart. Rob Hayes had a 15. However, 11 is still the quickest of the season. Stuart Giddings still remains top of the Highest Checkout with 161, and this week Andy Harvey contributed a 140 and Guy Ellis 130. Four players made it to double figures in the Tons competition, Paul Walker leading the way with 11 and Andy Jurd, Andy Harvey and Roy Stretch all with 10. There were 13 maximums this week with Paul Walker adding 2 more to his tally, as did Rob Doran and Pete Bailey. Paul now leads the 180’s competition by 7. And finally, David Moule was handed his first defeat of the season by Colin Denyer, which means Andy Jurd has now moved in to a 3 leg lead in the Most Legs competition.
