Arms A closed the gap in The Out of Towners following a 22-4 win over Grand Central and now sit only 12 points behind. Foreign Legion enjoyed a 22-4 win over Town Central, extending the gap between 3rd and 4th place. Queen Charlotte recorded their 1st win of the season, beating Lupines 14-12. It went down to the last game of the evening, QC only requiring 1 point for the win. If rumours are to be believed, Ian Cairns was finding the weather too hot and took off his socks and shoes, and proceeded to play bare foot.

Kev Parsons is currently sitting top of the Most Legs Won competition, having only dropped 2 legs so far this season, closely followed by David Moule and Graham Howard. Howard is also within touching distance of the Most Tons competition, leading the way this week with 12. He is 8 behind current leader Andy Harvey and only 2 behind Parsons. This week Moule added 11 to his total as well. Arron Monk played his first game of the season and hit a brace of maximums in his win. There are 3 players sharing top spot of the Most 180’s challenge, those being, Andy Jurd, Wayne Morgan and Chas Barstow. There were no ton plus checkouts recorded this week and the only fastest leg was a 15 from Moule.
