This was the last week before we broke for Christmas and Out of Towners maintained top spot following a 17-9 win over Foreign Legion. Andys Boys only trail by 10 points after their 19-7 win against Daves Railroaders. In 3rd is The Arms after they beat Grand Central 16-10. And Wolves Z returned to winning ways beating Queen Charlotte 18-8.
Andy Jurd and Paul Walker share to lead in the Most Legs Won competition, both on 29 and only dropping 1 leg so far this season. David Moule is only 1 leg behind having dropped his first two legs of the season against Mike Berntsen. Last weeks Most Tons leader had a bye this week and both Andy Harvey and David Moule took advantage, leap frogging Colin Denyer. Andy Harvey sits on 59 having hit 12 this week, and David Moule on 55 having also hit 12. It was a night for Tons, with Alan Vines matching 12 and Sam Ellis along with Tom Smart hitting 10 each. There were also plenty of Maximums, Sam Ellis with 3, Rob Hayes and Paul Walker with 2 each. That moves Paul Walker to 15, 7 above Sam Ellis in 2nd. Sam Ellis also missed a dart to finish in 11 darts. Sam went on to have 12, 13 and 15 dart legs on his 5 nil win. David Moule had a 13 darter in his game. There were 3 ton plus checkouts, 121, 116 and 105, from Sam Ellis, John Cost and Stuart Giddings respectively.
