Week 10 – Summer 2026

We’ve reached the final week of the season. Although the league positions have been determined, a postponed fixture leaves two teams with one game still to play, which could affect the individual competitions.

Soton Peepers A confirmed top spot with a 16–10 win over their closest rivals, Out of Towners. They lead by 29 points and cannot now be caught, while Out of Towners have secured second place. Foreign Legion finish third following a 22–4 win over Wolversdene Angels. Grand Central finish fourth after beating fifth-placed Town Central 17–9.

David Moule pipped Kev Parsons to the Most Legs title by just one leg and finished the season with an 86% leg-win ratio. Among players who appeared in at least five games, Parsons was the only one to remain unbeaten, winning all 10 of his matches. John Cost currently sits third, 12 legs behind Moule, but Andy Jurd and James Nicholson could overtake him when they play their final match next week; only one leg separates Jurd and Nicholson.

Four players recorded 10 tons this week, including Kev Parsons, who finishes top of the Tons competition with 107 and an average of 10.7 per game across five legs. David Moule is currently second with 89, but Andy Jurd, on 77, could still catch him with a game in hand.

The Most 180s competition remains wide open. David Moule leads with nine maximums, Andy Jurd is only one behind, and Jurd’s teammates James Nicholson and Steve Ballard both have seven. This week, John Cost, Kev Parsons and Nicholson each hit two.

In the Highest Checkout competition, Stewart Clackson recorded a commendable 106, although that remains well behind the current leader, Rob Hayes, who checked out 164 earlier this season.

Any player could still match or beat David Moule’s 11-dart leg, although it would take something special. John Cost joined three other players who have recorded a 13-darter this season.

Next week, Foreign Legion and Out of Towners meet in the Team Knockout final at the Central Club. On the adjacent board, Out of Towners will also complete their outstanding league fixture against Town Central. The double-header could have an impact on both matches, so come along if you would like to follow the action.
