This was a strange start to the season with 2 teams withdrawing from the league as unable to field a team and not confident they would for the next couple of weeks. Therefore, the match that wasn’t played in week 1, has since been played and included in this report as if it was played in the opening week of the season.
Week one saw a 19–7 win for Foreign Legion against Lupines, Grand Central beat Town Central 14-12 and now Out of Towners win 15-11 over Chapmans Arms.
How that looked for the individual players. Kev Parsons hit 14 tons in his game and there was also 12 tons for David Moule. They weren’t the only players to make double figures, we also had 11 tons from John Cost, Sam Ellis and Andy Harvey. There were several maximums in the first week, but no player out did another. Alan White took out 103, while John Cost checked out 100. There was a 15-dart leg from Andy Harvey.
